How to view a booking

View all customer bookings for your company.

Steps:

  1. Go to Bookings > All Bookings on the left hand side of your dashboard. You can get there directly by going to https://(enter your sub domain).fixersworld.com/admin/bookings. This will allow you to view and access every booking ever made for your company. You will be able to search for any booking using their booking reference, name or e-mail address using the search bar in the top right hand corner.

  2. By clicking on the 'Name' or 'Email' of any customer this will bring up every booking that customer has ever made with your company.

  3. If you click on the 'Booking Reference' that will take you to that particular booking where you will be able to see the exact details of that particular booking as well as any guest details and their payment link if they have just paid a deposit.

  4. When viewing a specific booking you will be able to see the breakdown of the booking cost as well as any guest details they have entered for that booking if you have that switched on (See article on Check-In and Allocation)

When searching for a booking you will only be able to do this by Lead Booker ie. the persn who mad the original booking and who created the user account to which the booking is connected

From this page you will also be able to copy and send out the Payment Link for that individual customer if they have just paid a deposit on the booking. In order to send this simply click on the icon and this will copy it to your clipboard so you can send it directly to the customer so they can pay off their remaining balance.

Resend Confirmation E-mail

From this page you will also be able to resend the customer their original booking confirmation e-mail.

Resend Welcome E-mail

From this page you will also be able to resend the customer their welcome e-mail if you have set one up for the product they have purchased.
